I manage burnout cycles, talent loss, and cultural decay—and I know what actually reverses them. Today I focus on psychosocial risk assessment, executive resilience, and building cultures where compliance and high performance aren't in tension.

The goal isn't a wellbeing programme that sits on a shelf—it's structural change that sticks.
